Job Summary:
A reputable healthcare management company in Nassau County, NY is currently seeking a Director of Revenue Cycle to join their team. The Director of Revenue Cycle will be responsible for leading and managing all aspects of the revenue cycle operations within their multispecialty medical group.
Responsibilities:
Revenue Cycle Management: Oversee the end-to-end revenue cycle process, from patient intake through final payment, ensuring accurate and timely billing and collections.
Leadership & Team Management: Lead and manage the revenue cycle team, including billing, coding, collections, and payment posting staff. Provide guidance, training, and performance management to ensure high levels of efficiency and accuracy.
Process Optimization: Continuously evaluate and optimize revenue cycle processes, implementing improvements to reduce denials, improve cash flow, and decrease the time to collect payments.
Compliance & Regulatory Oversight: Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and payer regulations, including HIPAA, coding guidelines, billing policies, and insurance requirements.
Reporting & Analysis: Develop and oversee the creation of revenue cycle reports, dashboards, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to track performance, identify trends, and present findings to executive leadership.
Insurance Relationships: Manage relationships with third-party payers and insurance companies, including negotiating contracts, resolving disputes, and ensuring timely reimbursement.
Collaboration: Work closely with physicians, clinical staff, and administrative teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination of billing and collections processes.
Strategic Planning: Develop and execute strategic plans to improve revenue cycle performance, increase reimbursements, and streamline processes in alignment with company goals.
Technology Integration: Leverage healthcare technology and systems (e.g., EHR, billing software) to improve revenue cycle management and data accuracy.

Job Summary:

The Director of Billing will contribute to the effective and efficient operation of the revenue cycle by ensuring the health center receives timely and accurate reimbursement for services rendered. The incumbent will act as the subject matter expert on reimbursement-related activities of the organization and provide administrative direction and support for daily activities of the department.

Job Sumnmary:
A Magnet-designated healthcare network with shared governance and a wonderful culture in Connecticut (just over the border from NY) is actively seeking Director of Finance.
Reporting directly to the Vice President of Finance, this position is responsible for financial reporting, strategic planning/budgeting, capital planning and new practice finance functions of existing and emerging outpatient practices. The Director of Finance will be responsible for providing executive leadership, financial strategies and the management of financial resources to ensure the achievement of the organizations strategic business plans and objectives. The principle responsibility will be to ensure the quality of financial management throughout the organization, including processes and business analysis and providing informative reports and recommendations to the entire senior management team.
Provides overall financial leadership and direction for the organization in coordination and collaboration with the Finance Department.
Will report monthly to the Vice President of Finance regarding the financial health of the organization and to explain issues that have been identified after doing root cause analysis.
Responsible for budget development and financial reporting at the enterprise and cost center levels.
Oversight of Physician compensation.
Continuously report on issues concerning the financial implications of existing and proposed activities, resource allocation, ROI, breakeven analysis projects, setting and maintaining performance standards, and work in concert with Directors and practice management to create realistic and reachable benchmarks and financial goals.
Develop and continually refine working financial dashboard for executive leadership and Board of Directors.
Perform customized financial analysis for new operational projects or issues.
Possess a strong knowledge of RVU calculations.
Serves as financial spokesperson and oversees all strategic and tactical matters as they relate to budget management, cost analysis, and forecasting.
Recommend courses of action with evidenced based financial analysis, and play a key role with outside entities such as auditors, etc.
