Initial Meeting: As a first step in our process, we conduct a phone or video meeting with you to ensure we understand your experience, skills and career goals.  During this conversation, we will also discuss the current positions we have available that fit your job search requirements.

 

Interview Guide: When you move forward to interviews, we'll take care of the logistics- scheduling, preparation tips and follow-ups.   Your recruiter will lead a customized strategy call with you in order to ensure you know exactly what to expect on each interview.

 

Offer Negotiation: If Everly's client decides to extend an offer, your recruiter will guide you through this process as well to ensure you are accepting something that aligns with your goals and expectations.

 

Onboarding & Ongoing Support: Once you have accepted a job offer, your recruiter will assist with any next steps related to your on-boarding, pre-employment and starting your new role.  We will stay in touch post start-date to ensure that everything is going smoothly and that the position continues to be a great fit for you.
