Everly Talent customizes fees for every client.​

Some options include: ​

​

  • Contingency Search – Fee is a percentage of the candidate’s first year compensation. Best for clients with multiple, high-volume needs.​

  • Contained Search - A portion of the placement fee is paid upfront to Everly in exchange for a more curated experience, including a fully dedicated team of the client’s choosing, a more formal candidate presentation and the screening of both the company’s candidates & Everly’s referrals.​

  • Advisory Services – Project-based fee or hourly rate, depending upon location, length & scope of project.

A 30-minute introductory call is required in order to assess client needs prior to a fee proposal.
