Job Summary: 


A leading healthcare organization in New York City is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Recruiter to join their team. This role will be responsible for executing effective recruitment strategies, managing the full-cycle hiring process, and ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for new hires. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare recruitment, a deep understanding of credentialing and compliance, and a passion for connecting top talent with meaningful opportunities.


Responsibilities:


  • Develop and execute sourcing and recruiting campaigns to attract top healthcare and social services professionals.

  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from job posting and candidate sourcing to interviewing, selection, and offer negotiation.

  • Partner with hiring managers and leadership to understand staffing needs and develop proactive hiring strategies.

  • Ensure all talent acquisition policies, processes, and practices comply with federal, state, and local employment laws.

  • Oversee and coordinate credentialing, background checks, and onboarding processes for new hires, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.

  • Track and analyze recruitment metrics and performance data to improve hiring processes and retention strategies.

  • Provide a best-in-class candidate experience, maintaining communication and engagement throughout the hiring process.

  • Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and market conditions to improve talent acquisition strategies.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of recruitment and/or talent acquisition experience, preferably in healthcare or social services.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Strong knowledge of credentialing, compliance, and onboarding processes within healthcare.

  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

  • A results-driven mindset with a passion for talent acquisition, workforce planning, and recruitment strategy.
