Job Summary:
As the Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing company's social media strategy to drive engagement, brand awareness, and lead generation across multiple social media platforms.
Responsibilities:
Strategy Development: Create and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with company goals and target audience needs.
Content Creation: Develop engaging, high-quality content for social media platforms, including text, images, video, and other multimedia.
Social Media Management: Oversee day-to-day management of social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.), ensuring timely responses to comments, messages, and reviews.
Community Engagement: Monitor and engage with online communities, responding to inquiries and participating in conversations to enhance customer relations.
Analytics & Reporting: Track and analyze social media performance metrics, generate reports, and optimize strategies based on data insights to improve engagement and ROI.
Brand Consistency: Ensure all content and messaging maintain a consistent tone and align with the company's brand guidelines.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or in a similar role, with a track record of growing and engaging social media audiences.
Strong understanding of social media platforms and best practices (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
Experience with social media scheduling tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.) and analytics platforms (Google Analytics, social media insights, etc.).
Creative thinker with excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Strong knowledge of social media advertising (paid campaigns) is a plus.
Experience in graphic design and video editing is a plus.
