Job Summary: 


As the Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing company's social media strategy to drive engagement, brand awareness, and lead generation across multiple social media platforms.


Responsibilities:


  • Strategy Development: Create and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with company goals and target audience needs.

  • Content Creation: Develop engaging, high-quality content for social media platforms, including text, images, video, and other multimedia.

  • Social Media Management: Oversee day-to-day management of social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.), ensuring timely responses to comments, messages, and reviews.

  • Community Engagement: Monitor and engage with online communities, responding to inquiries and participating in conversations to enhance customer relations.

  • Analytics & Reporting: Track and analyze social media performance metrics, generate reports, and optimize strategies based on data insights to improve engagement and ROI.

  • Brand Consistency: Ensure all content and messaging maintain a consistent tone and align with the company's brand guidelines.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent work experience).

  • Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or in a similar role, with a track record of growing and engaging social media audiences.

  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and best practices (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).

  • Experience with social media scheduling tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.) and analytics platforms (Google Analytics, social media insights, etc.).

  • Creative thinker with excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong knowledge of social media advertising (paid campaigns) is a plus.

  • Experience in graphic design and video editing is a plus.
