Hourly Rate/Salary: $125k - $188k
Job Summary:
A leading healthcare organization in New York is seeking a Manager, Case Management (RN) to oversee and ensure high-quality case management services within an acute care setting. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced leader to contribute to patient-centered care while optimizing operational efficiency.
Overseeing case management operations to ensure compliance with hospital policies and regulatory standards.
Managing department budgets, staffing, and workflow to maintain efficient patient care and timely discharges.
Implementing performance improvement initiatives and tracking key quality metrics.
Providing leadership and professional development opportunities for case management staff.
Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to enhance care coordination and patient outcomes.
Ensuring compliance with Medicare, Medicaid, and private insurance regulations.
Maintaining strong relationships with community agencies to facilitate seamless patient transitions.

Requirements
Active NYS RN license required, Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) required, Master’s Degree preferred, PRI/Screen certification, CCM certification preferred
5+ years of managerial experience in an acute care hospital setting.
Previous experience as a case manager in acute care setting required.
Proficiency in Milliman/InterQual criteria and electronic medical record systems.
