Oversee day-to-day operations of specialty and retail pharmacy services
Ensure compliance with 340B, URAC, Joint Commission, and state/federal regulations
Manage staff, workflows, inventory, and financial operations to optimize performance
Collaborate with hospital leadership and specialty clinics to enhance pharmacy services
