Hourly Rate/Salary: 145k-175k

Job Summary:

• Provide expert clinical pharmacy services in hematology/oncology, optimizing medication therapy for patient safety and efficacy

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, participating in patient rounds and medication management initiatives

• Ensure compliance with regulatory and safety standards while driving performance improvement initiatives

• Serve as a mentor, educator, and leader in evidence-based oncology pharmacotherapy

• Contribute to formulary management, P&T committee discussions, and clinical research opportunities
